2015 Nature Fest

 

One week ago I decided to be a vendor at the Wilderness Center’s Harvest Fest, which is taking place tomorrow. Here is their facebook page where you can get more info.

My sister, who is an artist, has had a booth at the fest for a number of years now. She is the one who encouraged me to have the stand tomorrow at the fest.

So on Monday morning I starting making things.

These pieces of wood eventually turned into this:

I couldn’t have asked for better weather to walk out in the woods, gathering berries and wood. Me and this big guy spent some time together collecting things. (His interests were a little different from mine though:))

Beautiful fall colors and 70 degree days in November!

Okay, back on track.. following are pictures of some of the things that will be at in my booth tomorrow. Hope to see you there! If you enjoy nature this is the place for you!

Suet logs, along with a recipe for suet that our birds can’t get enough of!

And now the booth, all set up..

It looks pretty earthy, doesn’t it? :)
